About The Position

This is a hands-on, physical, fast-paced role that keeps our operation running safely and efficiently. This role focuses heavily on our cast breaker and sort line, where you will help ensure material quality and safety.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to complete required safety training.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to work in a variety of roles depending on daily needs.
  • Ability to stay focused and maintain situational awareness on a moving sort line.
  • Strong listening skills and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of related labor, manufacturing, construction, or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
  • We provide hands-on training and a structured 30‑day onboarding plan.

Responsibilities

  • Sort materials on the cast breaker/sort line by identifying and removing non‑conforming items.
  • Maintain physical endurance while pushing, pulling, lifting, and performing repetitive movements.
  • Follow quality specifications for materials based on customer and internal standards.
  • Complete production reports accurately as needed.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as cleaning, basic repairs, or equipment support.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
  • Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines to minimize risk.
