Sort materials on the cast breaker/sort line by identifying and removing nonâconforming items. Maintain physical endurance while pushing, pulling, lifting, and performing repetitive movements. Follow quality specifications for materials based on customer and internal standards. Complete production reports accurately as needed. Perform light maintenance tasks such as cleaning, basic repairs, or equipment support. Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols , PPE requirements, and operational guidelines to minimize risk. ð§° Skills & Abilities Needed Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to complete required safety training. Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools. Ability to work in a variety of roles depending on daily needs. Ability to stay focused and maintain situational awareness on a moving sort line. Strong listening skills and willingness to learn. ð Experience 1–2 years of related labor, manufacturing, construction, or warehouse experience preferred, but not required. We provide hands-on training and a structured 30âday onboarding plan. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS ðª Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding, industrial environment. You must be able to: Stand for prolonged periods. Perform repetitive movements for extended periods. Lift, push, pull, bend, stretch, and carry materials as needed. Maintain good handâeyeâfoot coordination and balance. Climb ladders, step onto platforms, and access tight or awkward spaces. Use arms, legs, and full-body movement to perform job tasks.
