Job Summary Job Description The General Manager is responsible for leading the overall management of the site/country, including but not limited to strategic planning, financial management, and talent development.Ensure that company goals and objectives are achieved while also maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in related field
12+ years of experience

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with the company's vision and objectives.
Identify key performance indicators and track progress against them.
Manage and oversee the development of new products and services.
Develop and maintain an annual budget for the company.
Ensure adequate cash flow and maintain financial stability.
Monitor financial performance and take corrective action as necessary.
