About The Position

The MBA Internship Program is a dynamic, 10-week paid internship designed to provide first-year MBA students with hands-on experience in field operations and strategic project work. Interns are placed at locations across the country and are supported by a dedicated program manager and mentor throughout the experience. This program offers direct exposure to executive leadership and provides opportunities to contribute to high-impact initiatives that drive business performance. Requirements

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in operations, leadership, and business strategy.
  • Currently enrolled in the first year of an accredited MBA program.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time, 10-week internship beginning in June.
  • Please note that the General Manager MBA Internship - Summer 2026 role is not sponsorship eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured rotations across functional areas such as Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration.
  • Execute project deliverables identified by functional leaders and present findings to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth.
  • Develop professional documents and communications related to project outcomes.
  • Engage with employees and leadership teams to understand business drivers and operational challenges.
  • Learn how to influence financial outcomes and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Adhere to the formal training curriculum and complete all assigned tasks within the internship timeframe.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.
