About The Position
Hamister Group is looking to hire a seasoned General Manager for our Residence Inn by Marriott Columbus. In this position, the selected candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day hotel direction, maximizing sales and revenue, driving colleague development and empowering our team to create world-class guest experiences every step along the way.
Requirements
- Previous hotel management experience in progressive leadership roles is required.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, reasoning and motivational skills are a daily expectation.
- Working knowledge of hotel brand standards and property management systems.
