This role provides both strategic and operational leadership, ensuring high-quality programming, strong financial performance, and an exceptional, community-centered experience aligned with the JCC’s mission. The General Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team, foster innovation, and play a key role in driving membership growth, retention, and engagement across the organization.
