They are seeking ownership-driven technical professional who thrives in a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and kindness that focuses on the goal to be the most innovative company in the civil consulting industry.Key Responsibilities Focuses on the coordinating internal teams and resources while working to understand client’s interest and needs Develop structural technical specifications, plans, and details for projects such as power generation facilities,substations, transmission lines, solar sites, dams, canals, flood control projects, municipal water, wastewater, andpipelines Planning, designing, and overseeing geotechnical aspects for projects both in the office and in the field. Be able to travel on field assignments as required. Field time is estimated at 20 and 40%.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing.
Minimum of 1 year related work experience.
All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
This position supports Black & Veatch project work with the U.S. Federal Government. As a result, U.S. citizenship is a requirement.
Active Engineering-In-Training (EIT) License

Nice To Haves

Experience with geotechnical investigations, grouting, ground improvement, deep foundations, and retaining walls
Prefer Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with Emphasis in Geotechnical Engineering
Active Engineering-In-Training (EIT) Preferred
