About The Position

As a Global Compensation Manager, you will have a critical role in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent in a highly competitive market. You will work closely with our Compensation Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and Senior Leadership to help ensure the company's compensation strategy aligns with business goals, is market competitive, promotes fairness and equity, and complies with global compensation regulations. Our team supports nearly 6K employees in 27 countries covering N. America, Central and Latin America (CALA), Europe, and APAC. Ideal candidate will have experience in broad-based and executive compensation, incentive plans, allowance plans, a general understanding of equity/stock programs and will serve as our primary compensation expert for the Central and Latin American countries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of compensation experience in a technology or SaaS industry or high-growth global environment, including at least 3 years supporting CALA countries preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of compensation practices and legal frameworks in CALA markets such as statutory bonuses, allowances, salary caps, inflation indexing preferred
  • Highly collaborative and able to build trusted relationships across HR, Finance, Legal, and with business leaders of various levels
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret data to create accurate and informative analyses
  • Experience with Workday (HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation)
  • Experience with compensation tools and survey platforms like Aon/Radford, Mercer/Comptryx, WTW
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and project-management skills to balance competing and rapidly changing priorities
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and analysis of specific, complex components of the organization's global compensation program to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness.
  • Drive the design, implementation, and major updates of job architecture, base pay structures, incentive programs, and equity plans, aligning them with the organization's compensation philosophy and business strategy.
  • Conduct advanced job evaluations, benchmarking, and market pricing for complex and specialized roles, providing expert insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze highly complex compensation data and provide strategic recommendations for salary grades and program enhancements, anticipating future needs.
  • Provide expert feedback and strategic guidance on proposed salary increases, considering labor market dynamics, internal equity, and organizational impact.
  • Drive adoption of job architecture, compensation process and procedures through networking, trainings, and presentations.
  • Revise compensation process and procedures accordingly.
  • Serve as the compensation subject matter expert for assigned global business units and for CALA countries including Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and others.
