Global Compensation Partner The Global Compensation Partner supports the Compensation team in developing and maintaining fair, competitive, and compliant compensation programs that align with Dover’s organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with 3-5 years of experience in compensation management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Seeking proactive, problem-solving individuals
  • Ability to handle confidential data
  • Work independently
  • Speaking & partnering with senior leaders

  • Experience with Workday, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct job evaluation and analysis on current and new jobs
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis on pay increases, promotions, and compensation trends
  • Provide support to 1-2 Business Segments (~3-6 Operating Companies)
  • Provide advice, ad hoc analysis, guidance and support to HR business partners, managers, and leadership on compensation-related issues, inquiries or requests
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations through ongoing monitoring and analysis
  • Support the annual compensation cycle process, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Assist in maintenance of global job architecture
  • Participate in compensation surveys to maintain market competitiveness
  • Support the creation and roll-out of a global pay band structure
