About The Position

The Global Procurement MRO Parts and Services Innovation Senior Manager will build the innovation pipeline for the next 2 – 3 years transforming spare parts and service sourcing for Foods and Beverage manufacturing lines globally. This position reports to the Global Procurement Senior Director, Parts and Services, and is responsible for generating incremental $30 – 50 million productivity and cost savings over a managed spend of approximately $1 billion between 2026 to 2030.

Requirements

  • Education and minimum 10 years work experience in Supply Chain/Operations and/or Engineering Preferably having expertise in 2-3 key technology areas such as injection molding, 3D printing and CNC machining.

Responsibilities

  • Build and Transform Category Strategy:Establish parts segmentation across 500,000 plus SKUs according to sourcing tactic, driving lowest price or lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) via alternate manufacturing technologies and sourcing channels to replace parts.
  • Develop part validation structure including risk identification, and roadmap to proliferate parts sourced with alternate technologies.
  • Monitor emerging technologies through industry connections, conferences, and forums to uncover new productivity opportunities for PepsiCo. Provide strategic guidance and procurement expertise to support short- and long-term business needs.
  • Shape Negotiation Strategy with Incumbent Suppliers – pull together pricing insights from original manufacturers and shift to alternate technologies and comparing against incumbent supplier pricing, thereby creating leverage when negotiating meet competition with incumbents.
  • Unlock incremental $30 – 50 million productivity and cost savings on a ~$1 billion global spend between 2026 - 2030
  • Shape Commercial Framework for Innovative Technologies – weigh in and support category lead on negotiation for commitment, pricing model, warranties and IP rights for new contracts.
  • Supplier and Internal Stakeholder Relationship Management – intensive partnership and influencing across Parts Buyers, Supply Chain Engineering and Maintenance, Strategy & Transformation, as well as external partners to secure buy-in on new innovation. Engagement with internal stakeholders include VP and SVP level executives.
  • Risk Management (supplier, contract and market volatility) – partner with category leads to establish robust supplier base with business continuity planning, enabling pivot to lowest cost technology or supplier in dynamic economic environment (tariffs, supply disruptions, etc.).
  • Facilitate Global Best Practice Sharing – host and coordinate quarterly innovation cross-learning sessions with Procurement, Maintenance and Engineering across regions to accelerate knowledge transfer, drive harmonized approach and governance to test, validate and approve parts produced using new-to-PepsiCo technology.

Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
