The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas and global teams that work across the business areas. The Global Product Solutions team is the link between Google products and business. In this role, you will help to turn product innovation into complete, packaged use cases and solutions that allow the customers to get the most that they need from the suite of products. You will help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for the products. You will use the expertise to help front-line business partners. You will be driving customer success through innovation and help shape the changing world of online advertising.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$179,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
