With a careful eye and steady hand, help shape the landscape each day, smoothing bunkers, tending turf, ensuring every hole looks as polished as the resort itself, and creating a picture-perfect setting for guests to enjoy the game.

Requirements

• Previous experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, or operating grounds equipment preferred.
• Ability to safely operate mowers, utility vehicles, and other turf maintenance equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality course conditions.
• Ability to work early mornings, outdoors in varying weather conditions, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain specialized turf equipment to mow greens, tees, fairways, and roughs while ensuring consistent, high-quality playing conditions.
• Perform routine landscape and turf care tasks such as trimming, edging, debris removal, and monitoring course conditions.
• Conduct basic equipment inspections, cleaning, and minor maintenance to keep tools operating safely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the golf course maintenance team to uphold the resort’s high standards of presentation, safety, and guest experience.
