About The Position

General Definition of Work The golf course attendant's main responsibility is to provide quality customer service, insure proper play on the Golf Course. This individual is expected to be able to handle patrons and proper interpretation of all course rules, and assist as a backup for carts as needed. This individual is also expected to dress professionally, be on time for each shift, and be available to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Essential Functions Initial contact with the general public as they enter the facility and by phone calls. Schedule tournaments and tee times, Scan ID cards and collect admission fee for greens fees, cart fees. Adding new patrons in the Tee Snap system and printing receipts. Concession Preparation. Enforcement of all rules and policies of the Jaycee Golf Course. General cleaning of Pro Shop. Follow equipment rental policies. Above all be kind, courteous and friendly Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to count currency and balance daily reports
• Must have ability to use computer and learn how to use new software programs
• Must have reliable transportation
• Dress professionally
