Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in fields of Public Administration, Planning or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years Grant writing and budgeting experience
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task
  • Project Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience working in deadline driven environments
  • Detailed oriented and collaborative team player
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and track grant programs, legislation, regulations, and relevant data from various sources.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external parties, including government officials, funders, trade associations, and community leaders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support clients' strategic goals and operational objectives.
  • Advocate for public policy and grant program outcomes to support clients' goals.
  • Develop, write, edit, and submit grant proposals and communications to funders.
  • Represent the Firm to clients and external parties.
  • Produce regular reports for legal compliance and client updates.
  • Provide content for social media, website, and other publications.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
