St Ann Center for Intergenerational Care We are a nonprofit organization that provides community-based health and educational services for children and frail adults and serves as a resource and support for caregivers. The Center, sponsored by the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi, reflects Franciscan values in meeting the spiritual, psychological, social, and physical needs of all who participate, regardless of faith, culture, or ability to pay. Position Summary: The Grant Writer plays a critical role in securing the philanthropic and grant funding necessary to advance the organization’s mission. This position is responsible for researching, developing, and submitting high-quality proposals that result in successful grant awards. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and skilled storyteller, committed to helping the organization grow its funding base. This role is designed for someone who wants to succeed and is supported in succeeding in securing grants that directly strengthen our programs, services, and long-term sustainability.
