The Content and Marketing team at Earthley is seeking a Graphic Designer who can bring a creative and strategic eye to both internal and external visual content. This individual will focus on creating, updating, and managing product labels, marketing materials, educational pieces, and multimedia support aligned with Earthley’s branding. The ideal candidate understands visual storytelling, has a strong design foundation, and is a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in a creative environment
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver)
  • Familiarity with Mac OS, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Avid software
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with marketing principles and visual storytelling
  • Understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and branding
  • Ability to generate original ideas and deliver effective solutions
  • Ability to sit and work in front of a computer for at least 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment, including a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone, for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the natural health or wellness industry
  • Familiarity with printing processes and layout for print production
  • Background in set design or multimedia layout a plus
  • Working knowledge of SEO-friendly design practices and digital platforms
  • Experience with brand consistency and translating strategy into visuals

Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling and brand-consistent materials for multiple departments
  • Translate strategic messaging into high-quality visual content
  • Maintain accuracy and brand integrity across all design assets
  • Support internal communication and marketing efforts through strong visual design
  • Develop graphic projects as required for digital and print use (postcards, flyers, signage and more
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special graphic projects including video set designs and booklet layouts
  • Lead design projects from concept to completion
  • Support team communication through professional-quality presentations and print/digital media
  • Maintain organization of digital files and design archives
  • Ensure all designs follow Earthley’s branding, voice, and compliance guidelines
  • Receive feedback and adapt designs accordingly
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
