Requirements
- The willingness to learn of the different plants and flowers we offer
- Provide helpful and friendly service to customer with questions
- Ability to demonstrate and set the example for Adams’ culture and values
- Willingness to work collaboratively and communicate with a team of co-workers and managers
- Exhibit enthusiasm, positivity and/or knowledge about Adams’ products and quality
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and assist customers with plant selection and care
- Keep greenhouse and sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked with correct signage
- Answer plant care questions, diagnose common issues, and suggest appropriate solutions
- Help customers choose related products such as pots, soil, fertilizers, and pest control
- Ensure all products are presented neatly and meet quality standards
- Assist with special orders, and phone transactions
- Prioritize customer needs over tasks to create a positive shopping experience
- Create and follow a daily watering schedule
