And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryThis position is responsible for providing support to the department supervisor and requires a goal-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task. Good communication skills, ability to balance workload and desire to grow within the company are key to success in this role. The successful candidate will be required to fulfill the supervisor role as needed in their absence and perform other related assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to read, write, and count accurately
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally (courteous and cordial)
  • Must be certified on all equipment needed to complete job task
  • Work in a seasonally warm or cool environment
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping and climbing; normal eyesight (regular or corrected)
  • Basic knowledge of math (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work overtime

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Previous leadership experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
