Coordinates cross-team efforts to ensure timely completion of tasks. Ensures all activities comply with required regulatory standards and anticipates and develops compliance measures for evolving regulations. Determines integration points across teams and manages necessary hand-offs between them. Takes a proactive role in recruiting, directing, motivating, and developing staff to maximize their individual contributions, professional growth, and ability to function cohesively as a team.
