The Opportunity Adobe Express is one of Adobe’s fastest-growing creative surfaces, serving millions of users across web and mobile. We are seeking a Group Manager of Monetization & Premium Enablement to define and lead the end-to-end monetization and premium value strategy for Express. This leader will own the long-term vision and execution for how premium value is surfaced, experienced, and monetized — spanning onboarding, paywalls, offers, entitlements, AI credit systems, and cross-product integrations with Acrobat, Firefly, and Creative Cloud. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for scaling Express as a durable, ecosystem-wide growth engine and shaping the future of Product-Led Growth across Adobe. This manager will: Drive significant incremental GNARR across direct and integrated funnels. Improve retention and lifetime value through paid engagement strategy. Enable scalable monetization of AI innovation. Shape how Adobe evolves its Product-Led Growth strategy across surfaces. This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership role with direct impact on Adobe’s long-term subscription growth.
