About The Position

We’re looking for a Growth Content Specialist who can turn strategy into messaging that drives real business results. In this role, you’ll own the narratives behind campaigns, website experiences, and sales materials—ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent, and built to convert. You’ll work at the intersection of Growth Marketing, Digital Experience, and Sales, shaping the stories that support customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue impact. From campaign positioning to product messaging and sales enablement assets, you’ll help ensure that every message communicates why it matters, why now, and why us. If you’re a strategic writer who enjoys translating complex ideas into compelling, performance-driven messaging, this role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact across the marketing funnel.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, product marketing, or campaign messaging
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into clear, persuasive marketing and sales messaging
  • Experience supporting integrated campaigns across multiple channels (email, web, digital, sales enablement)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and business impact
  • Experience creating messaging frameworks tailored to industries, buyer roles, and funnel stages
  • Ability to develop product and solution positioning focused on customer outcomes and value
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Growth, Digital, Sales, or Product teams

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Messaging & Narrative Development Own campaign positioning, storylines, and value propositions from concept through execution
  • Translate growth objectives into clear, compelling campaign narratives
  • Develop campaign messaging briefs to guide cross-channel execution
  • Adapt messaging for email, landing pages, and sales communications while maintaining narrative consistency
  • Messaging Strategy & ICP Alignment Build and maintain scalable messaging frameworks across campaigns, segments, and funnel stages
  • Develop ICP-specific messaging tailored by industry, buyer role, and use case
  • Ensure messaging consistency from awareness through decision-stage content
  • Website Messaging & Conversion Copy Own website copy as a key conversion and revenue enablement asset
  • Define messaging hierarchy and narrative flow in partnership with Digital and UX teams
  • Translate campaign and product positioning updates into clear website copy
  • Product & Solution Messaging Position products and services around customer outcomes and business value
  • Create product and solution content such as feature decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and solution briefs
  • Ensure messaging remains differentiated and aligned with go-to-market strategy
  • Sales Enablement Content Develop talk tracks, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning to support sales conversations
  • Shape case study narratives that highlight measurable value and customer outcomes
  • Messaging Optimization Analyze campaign performance signals and field feedback to refine messaging
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to test and evolve messaging across lifecycle stages
  • Continuously improve messaging relevance, clarity, and conversion performance
