About The Position

In this dynamic role, you will drive the company’s growth engine by building and scaling high-impact marketing programs that directly influence revenue. You will lead initiatives across digital marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and community engagement while working hands-on to execute campaigns end-to-end. Partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams, you will optimize marketing performance, generate high-quality leads, and create measurable business impact. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Growth, preferably within B2B SaaS, with a strong operational focus.
  • Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation, lead acquisition, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Hands-on execution mindset with the ability to independently manage end-to-end campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics solutions.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy, including SEO, website optimization, and multi-channel paid campaigns.
  • Lead demand generation initiatives, such as ABM programs, email campaigns, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Plan and manage online and offline events, webinars, and community engagement programs to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.
  • Build marketing collateral, including case studies, decks, and landing pages, to enable Sales and support product messaging.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and contribute to refining product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Track and optimize marketing KPIs, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates, using data-driven insights.
