Role Overview We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to build and run the growth engine for DeepInfra. You’ll focus on driving awareness, activation, and customer acquisition through a mix of growth experimentation, paid programs, lifecycle marketing, and cross-functional collaboration. As our first marketer, you’ll own programs across paid ads, AEO/SEO, scoring and routing, lifecycle nurturing, events, webinars, and influencer partnerships. You’ll work closely with founders, engineering, and sales to build the systems and channels that help more teams discover and successfully adopt our platform. We’re looking for someone resourceful, analytical, and exceptionally strong at execution.

Requirements

  • Strong growth execution skills: you test, learn, and iterate quickly.
  • Analytical depth: you understand funnels, attribution, and experiment design.
  • Experience with paid channels (SEM, AEO, SEO, paid social) and lifecycle automation.
  • Comfort collaborating with engineering and sales on growth programs.
  • Understanding of technical products or developer-oriented audiences.
  • 5+ years in growth marketing, demand gen, or a related role at a SaaS, devtools, or AI company.
  • Resourcefulness and ownership: you thrive in early-stage environments with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute DeepInfra’s early growth strategy across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
  • Run experiments to improve awareness, conversions, activation, and retention.
  • Own paid acquisition (SEM, paid social), AEO, SEO, landing pages, and growth-focused content.
  • Manage funnels, scoring, routing, and nurturing in collaboration with Sales.
  • Partner with engineering on signup flow, onboarding, and growth tooling.
  • Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and webinars that support growth and evaluation.
  • Manage transactional influencer campaigns aligned with growth KPIs.
