Our client is currently seeking an experienced Security Officer to support a corporate high‑rise GSOC environment. This role requires prior experience in a GSOC, command center, or similar security operations setting. Entry‑level candidates will not be considered. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements

  • Prior GSOC, command center, or security operations center experience
  • Ability to manage incidents independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment

Responsibilities

  • Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and life‑safety systems
  • Respond to and manage security incidents in real time
  • Execute emergency response and escalation procedures
  • Coordinate with on‑site security, facilities, and emergency services
  • Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
  • Maintain situational awareness across multiple systems
