Requirements

High school diploma or GED certificate.
Ability to work in a secure high-volume production environment.
Experience using automated inserting equipment, PC experience (Outlook, Word, Excel) are strongly desired.
Ability to operate Entrust MX6100 card production machines. Including loading materials, downloading program files, adjusting machine and ensuring proper operation.
Ability to multi-task and work independently and as part of team.
Ability to troubleshoot machine problems and adjust as needed to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Nice To Haves

Some card production experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Produce and mail initial and replacement plastic Benefit Identification Cards to enrolled Medi-Cal members
Complete assignments and work products on schedule with quality results.
Log, report and securely destroy undeliverable cards
Handle confidential data according to policy and guidelines
Perform normal equipment maintenance functions on all machines, and initiate fixes where appropriate
Perform daily quality inspections and monitor production to ensure accuracy and compliance with job specifications
Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
