About The Position

Over the next few years, every financial institution will have teams of AI analysts working alongside their sharpest minds. At Endex, we're on a mission to bridge the present to the inevitable by building the most sophisticated digital coworker. We're a team working on the frontier of agentic development and applied finance, in close collaboration with leading research labs and backed by OpenAI ($14M Raise in Aug. 2025). With significant demand after our launch, financial firms across the country recognize agentic AI in financial modeling is the future. GTM Engineers at Endex own the systems that turn pipeline into revenue. This is a hybrid builder role where you'll design, implement, and optimize the automated infrastructure behind our outbound, inbound, and partner motions. You'll work directly with the CEO and GTM team to architect repeatable revenue systems targeting private equity, investment banking, hedge funds, and corporate finance buyers.

Requirements

Builder Mentality: You've stood up outbound or inbound systems from scratch using tools like Clay, HubSpot, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.
Commercial Instinct: Every workflow you build ties back to a revenue outcome. You naturally ask "does this help someone close a deal?" before shipping.
Technical Fluency: You're comfortable with APIs, data enrichment, light scripting (Python, SQL, or similar), and connecting systems together
Analytical Rigor: You dig into funnel data, spot patterns others miss, and translate findings into concrete next steps. You think in conversion rates and pipeline velocity, not vanity metrics.
Curiosity & Adaptability: You teach yourself new tools fast and stay on top of what's emerging in the GTM tooling ecosystem. You find constant change energizing, not overwhelming.
Comfort with Ambiguity: You can take an undefined problem, break it into components, and figure out how to tackle it — often without clear direction.
Strong Communication: You can explain a complex workflow to an SDR and present funnel analysis to the CEO with equal clarity.
Low Ego: You listen, adapt, welcome feedback, and stay focused on outcomes over credit.

Nice To Haves

Background in sales ops, rev ops, marketing ops, or a growth-oriented GTM role
Familiarity with financial services buyers or enterprise sales cycles
Early-stage startup experience where you built GTM infrastructure, not just inherited it

Responsibilities

Build & Own Revenue Infrastructure: Design and maintain outbound and inbound pipeline systems using Clay, HubSpot, and automation tooling
Optimize the Funnel: Analyze conversion data across the pipeline to identify drop-offs, test hypotheses, and implement fixes that measurably improve reply rates, qualification, and deal velocity.
Automate Outbound Campaigns: Build targeted, data-enriched outbound motions aimed at senior finance professionals. Research accounts, enrich contacts, write personalized messaging frameworks, and iterate based on performance.
Strengthen Inbound Processing: Develop systems to qualify, prioritize, and route inbound leads so the sales team spends time on the highest-value conversations.
Integrate Data Sources: Connect product usage signals, CRM data, and third-party enrichment tools to give the GTM team a unified, actionable view of prospects and customers.
Experiment and Iterate: Run structured tests on targeting, messaging, channels, and timing. Document results, build feedback loops, and scale what works.
Support GTM Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO and broader team on market expansion, vertical prioritization, and channel partner enablement with data-driven insights.
