About The Position

Our partner is an early-stage technology company building enterprise-grade infrastructure for the physical world. As the company scales its go-to-market motion, technical GTM systems and proprietary signal generation are becoming core strategic advantages. The team is investing early in building a modern, highly technical growth engine that blends data, automation, and experimentation. Our partner is hiring a Founding GTM Engineer (GTME) to design, build, and operate the technical backbone of its go-to-market engine. This is a highly hands-on, execution-driven role at the intersection of engineering, growth, and sales. You’ll own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, build systems that generate proprietary third-party signals, and enable scalable outbound motion through automation and intelligent tooling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thinking in bets—forming hypotheses, running experiments, and rapidly scaling what works—while operating close to revenue in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, data engineering, or related roles
  • Strong technical proficiency with modern data and automation tooling
  • Experience working with data warehouses, APIs, and outbound or sales tech stacks
  • Ability to design systems that support scalable experimentation and signal generation
  • Comfortable operating in early-stage environments with limited structure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward ownership, speed, and iteration

Responsibilities

  • Build, own, and operate the company’s GTM technology stack
  • Generate and operationalize large-scale third-party signals to power outbound strategies
  • Maintain and extend the company’s data warehouse and internal knowledge engine
  • Develop in-house agents and tooling for outbound personalization and qualification
  • Design and execute repeatable outbound systems at scale
  • Own signal-generation infrastructure, campaign execution, and GTM tooling operations
  • Identify and leverage creative or non-obvious data sources to gain competitive advantage
  • Partner closely with Growth, Sales, and Engineering to test, iterate, and scale GTM experiments
