This role oversees daily food & beverage operations, ensures hospitality excellence, manages catering and event services, and drives promotional activities that elevate the overall marketplace experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, service‑driven, creative, and passionate about building community through elevated hospitality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hospitality, foodservice, retail, or guest services experience
  • Strong customer engagement and communication skills
  • Experience with catering or events preferred
  • Creative, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety, service standards, and POS/operational systems

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food & beverage operations, ensuring quality, safety, and service excellence
  • Serve as the primary hospitality ambassador, engaging with guests and resolving concerns
  • Plan and execute catering and marketplace events
  • Support promotional activities, seasonal programs, and in‑unit marketing
  • Build strong client and customer relationships
  • Partner with culinary, retail, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and basic financial responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and direction to hourly team members
