Hardware Program Manager
About The Position
As a member of our hardware engineering team, you will drive the development of next-generation networking hardware for data center, enterprise, and communications service provider customers. This role offers high-impact cross-functional collaboration with our Hardware, Mechanical, Thermal, Compliance, Software, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Sustaining teams. Additionally, you will partner closely with Product Line Managers to ensure every program meets its technical requirements, cost and schedule targets, and customer expectations. Our ideal candidate can flourish with minimal guidance, is able to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity, and will drive the team towards successful product release.
