We’re seeking an innovative and experienced Head of SEO Content to strategically lead and scale our content team, driving growth and visibility in the evolving AI-driven SEO landscape. The Role As Head of SEO Content, you'll be instrumental in scaling Userpilot’s both SEO and LLM presence, fostering innovation through AI technologies, and ensuring our content consistently ranks, engages, and converts sophisticated B2B audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven success leading and scaling content teams within B2B SaaS environments (please highlight success stories).
• Extensive experience developing growth-driven content strategies, demonstrating measurable impacts on organic traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including deep knowledge of content optimization, keyword strategies, on-page and off-page SEO, and high-quality link building.
• Demonstrated proficiency with the latest AI-driven content tools and technologies (e.g., generative AI, automated optimization tools, SGE) to maximize content ROI.
• Exceptional ability to think creatively and strategically, swiftly adapting to and capitalizing on new SEO and content opportunities in the AI era.
• Proven track record of successfully turning around declining content performance and reviving traffic growth and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing content team, developing strategies that produce inspiring, authoritative content for sophisticated B2B niche audiences.
• Champion and integrate advanced AI-driven content creation tactics (including developing and implementing AI agents), optimization, and distribution strategies to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and increase visibility in Search Generative Experience (SGE).
• Demonstrated ability to hire A-players in content and manage performance-driven content teams, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Develop and execute comprehensive technical SEO strategies as well as conversion rate optimization tactics, ensuring Userpilot’s content consistently ranks competitively in the SERPs and drives not only qualified traffic, but also conversions.
• Own the link-building strategy, proactively driving high-quality backlink acquisition to boost domain authority and organic visibility, as well LLM visibility.
• Continuously adapt and innovate to thrive within the rapidly changing SEO and AI content landscape, ensuring Userpilot remains ahead of industry trends.
• Revive and optimize existing content, effectively reversing performance declines, revitalizing traffic, and accelerating conversion growth.
