About The Position
Want to help Humand turn data into the backbone of our growth? š We are looking for a Head of Data to own our most critical business metrics and reporting. This is a senior, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of data, finance, and strategy, working closely with leadership and investors in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data, analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Proven experience owning revenue metrics such as ARR, CARR, NDR, MRR breakdown and natural growth.
- Experience building and delivering investor reports and monthly KPI dashboards.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and data quality.
- Experience working with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau or similar).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales and Executive teams.
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working directly with investors or in a Series A+ environment.
- Knowledge of data infrastructure and pipeline management.
- Experience in fast-paced, scaling startups.
