About The Position

Nango (YC W23) lets developers build product integrations with AI. It enables applications to connect to the real world through integrations. More than 300 paying customers rely on Nango today, including Replit, Mercor, and Ramp. We are a YC-backed, multi-million ARR company with a team of 12 from AWS, GitHub, Okta, Snyk, Netlify, Uber, Samsara, Workato, and more. We are hiring a Head of Developer Relations & Growth to be Nango's face in San Francisco's AI ecosystem. You'll be embedded in the SF startup community, building relationships with AI agent companies that are Nango's natural customers, and increasing Nango's awareness. You will work alongside one of the co-founders, with high autonomy and direct impact on the company's trajectory.

Requirements

  • Former founder or early employee at a startup.
  • Strong software engineering background.
  • Proven GTM experience, ideally for a developer tool or infrastructure product.
  • Deep familiarity with the AI agent ecosystem.
  • Strong technical communicator.
  • Pragmatic, positive, and low ego.
  • Startup-ready: autonomous, ownership-driven, and able to navigate ambiguity.
  • Based in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

  • Be Nango's physical presence in SF's AI startup hubs, attending all major AI events.
  • Host technical events for AI agent builders.
  • Build a map of the SF AI agent ecosystem: who's building what, what integrations they need.
  • Create technical content born from the latest AI advancements.
  • Own a pipeline and revenue target.
  • Feed product insights and market intelligence back to the engineering team.
