This role is crucial in building and scaling a growth engine that delivers predictable and high-quality customer acquisition across various channels. You will lead initiatives that target affluent business owners, addressing their unique financial needs with innovative marketing strategies. Your work will have a significant impact on driving demand and revenue, as well as enhancing brand visibility and engagement. Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, ideally in FinTech or B2B SaaS.
  • 2+ years of people management experience with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Proven success in scaling organizations from $50M to $200M+ annual recurring revenue.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, paid acquisition, website optimization, and demand generation.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • A strong strategic mindset grounded in data and customer insights.
  • Technical proficiency in modern marketing and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Demand Gen team, ensuring strong execution across performance marketing, digital channels, and enterprise campaigns.
  • Own paid acquisition across search, display, paid social, and retargeting channels.
  • Optimize customer acquisition costs, payback periods, and channel return on investment through data-driven experimentation.
  • Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to align on ideal customer profiles, pipeline goals, and campaign strategies.
  • Act as the owner of the self-serve motion, responsible for top-of-funnel acquisition.
  • Define and track growth KPIs related to acquisition, activation, and revenue.
  • Drive organic acquisition through technical SEO and website optimization.
