About The Position

Aurora is looking for a Head of Magnetism to build the most magnetic lifestyle brand in history. This role is responsible for defining and shaping how Aurora is perceived across every touchpoint, establishing Aurora as the benchmark for seeking more time for living. You will own Aurora’s brand identity, narrative, and cultural position, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality experience across product, content, events, and partnerships. Working closely with the CEO, you will ensure that every interaction with Aurora reflects our mission to empower the world’s highest performers to master the art of living. Your ultimate objective is to create a brand that is culturally magnetic - one that attracts the most aligned members and partners, and positions Aurora as the owner of the new era of high-performance living.

Requirements

  • Ability to build coherent narrative architectures that connect product, culture, and storytelling into a single compelling brand universe.
  • Ability to translate a brand vision into a full activation engine — defining strategy, budgeting and executing content or experiences, then distributing them through the right cultural channels to drive engagement and action.
  • Experience or capability to manage creative production pipelines, including content production, event activations, and collaborations with creators, agencies, and talent.
  • Strong instinct for modern distribution systems, understanding how ideas travel across social, cultural, and niche channels to reach high-value audiences.
  • Ability to build feedback loops and performance metrics, using data and signal to refine brand strategy and ensure initiatives translate into measurable engagement and demand.
  • Exceptional taste and editorial judgment, with the ability to identify culturally relevant ideas, collaborators, and moments before they become obvious.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across product, partnerships, operations, and member experience to ensure Aurora’s brand narrative is consistently expressed across every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Own core KPIs and budgets focused on building a magnetic brand that attracts high-value prospective members, and deepens engagement with Aurora's existing member community
  • Own Aurora’s brand identity, narrative, and engagement strategy across all touchpoints
  • Lead Aurora’s external content ecosystem across social, editorial, and specialist distribution channels
  • Build the function and oversee the execution of Aurora’s events, experiences, and brand activations, ensuring they reinforce our narrative and cultural position
  • Identify and execute press, media, and PR opportunities to expand Aurora’s visibility and cultural relevance
  • Ensure brand alignment across suppliers, partners, and provider communications
