About The Position

This role provides a rare opportunity to shape and lead the full ecosystem of people programs, operations, and experiences across a fast-growing, innovative organization. You will design and implement scalable, data-driven systems that enhance the employee lifecycle—from onboarding and learning & development to performance management and internal communications. Acting as a strategic and hands-on leader, you will influence culture, engagement, and organizational alignment while driving operational excellence across programs and People systems. Your work will directly impact talent attraction, development, and retention, helping create a high-performing, connected workforce. This position balances strategic vision with execution, leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to modernize processes and optimize employee experience at scale. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure People initiatives drive measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, L&D, or Program Management roles, including leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of architecting and scaling people programs in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience implementing, integrating, and optimizing People systems and platforms.
  • Expertise in internal communications, engagement strategies, and change management.
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple large initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to demonstrate program impact.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills; able to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, lead, and continuously improve core People programs including Learning & Development, performance management, internal communications, and employee engagement.
  • Implement and optimize People systems (HRIS, LMS, performance platforms), ensuring integration, usability, compliance, and actionable insights.
  • Build scalable workflows, dashboards, and metrics to monitor program effectiveness and operational impact.
  • Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Design and execute high-impact L&D initiatives, from onboarding to leadership development, aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Develop and operationalize internal communications to strengthen alignment, clarity, and culture across the company.
  • Partner cross-functionally with senior leadership, Marketing, Finance, Product, and other teams to execute People strategies and programs.
