About The Position

We are seeking a Healthcare Receptionist (Floating Role) to support patient check‑in and front‑desk operations across multiple clinic locations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, many of whom experience chronic pain, and you will play an essential part in creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year of medical front desk experience (medical or dental)
• Reliable transportation to commute across the metro for floating assignments

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and provide direct, in‑person support
• Gather demographics, verify insurance, and ensure all paperwork is complete
• Confirm insurance eligibility using provided systems
• Greet patients with professionalism and compassion
• Travel to multiple clinic locations as scheduled
• Contribute to a warm, positive, patient‑centered team culture
