Where We Need You: Protiviti is seeking a Protiviti is seeking a Revenue Cycle Transformation Senior Manager to join our growing Healthcare practice. What You Can Expect: As a Senior Manager, you will lead high‑impact work with healthcare clients, partnering directly with executive teams to solve complex operational and financial challenges. You will own key client relationships, guide strategic decisions, and deliver results that drive measurable improvement. You will oversee large, multi‑workstream initiatives end‑to-end, identify opportunities to improve performance, and turn insight into action. Beyond client delivery, you will help grow the business and develop future leaders by mentoring teams and shaping new offerings, while representing Protiviti with credibility in the healthcare market. What Will Help You Be Successful: Operate as a business leader, confidently guiding executive conversations and shaping strategic direction. Identify transformational opportunities, moving beyond incremental improvement to drive enterpriselevel change. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, IT, Healthcare Administration, HIM, Economics, or Business).
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, advisory, compliance, internal audit, or provider revenue cycle operations.
  • Deep experience leading revenue cycle improvement and transformation initiatives for hospitals, physician groups, or integrated health systems.
  • Strong knowledge of reimbursement, payer regulations, CMS guidelines, and revenue integrity.
  • Experience working with top commercial electronic health record systems, including Epic (Resolute HB/PB, Cadence, Prelude, or related modules); Epic certification a plus.
  • Proven ability to quantify financial impact, build executive dashboards, and model ROI in a healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi‑client or enterprise‑scale engagements.
  • Track record of account growth, business development, and trusted executive relationships.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel based on client and business needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare industry specific certifications (e.g., CHIAP, CRCR, CHFP, CHC, CHPC, CHRC, CRIP, CHRI, etc.), or similar a plus.
  • Epic certification a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership & Advisory Own and grow strategic client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, revenue cycle leaders, and clinical executives. Lead executive level discussions to define problems, align on priorities, and position Protiviti as a long-term partner. Translate complex operational, financial, and regulatory issues into clear, outcomefocused recommendations.
  • Revenue Cycle Transformation & Industry Expertise Provide leadership oversight for revenue cycle transformation initiatives across patient access, charge capture, revenue integrity, billing, A/R, denials, and cash collections. Apply deep understanding of CMS regulations, payer requirements, reimbursement methodologies, and revenue integrity risks. Guide clients through enterprise level change, balancing operational realities with financial and compliance objectives.
  • Commercial Growth & Sales Leadership Lead opportunity identification, solutioning, and proposal development for new and existing clients. Own sales targets and account expansion goals, including pricing strategy and scope definition. Contribute to gotomarket strategies, packaged offerings, and repeatable solutions.
  • Engagement & Financial Management Maintain accountability for job economics, including margins, staffing models, and delivery efficiency. Oversee multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring consistent quality and risk management. Actively manage executive escalation, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
  • Talent Development & Practice Leadership Lead, coach, and sponsor Managers, Senior Consultants, and Consultants. Develop future leaders through structured coaching, feedback, and exposure to client leadership and sales. Contribute to internal training, thought leadership, and practice capability development.
