First Quality is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Sales & Marketing Intern to join our Healthcare team for Summer 2026. This role will support data audits, account cleanup projects, the creation of sales tools, and research into new business opportunities. It offers hands-on experience with Salesforce and Seismic Sales Enablement tools, as well as collaboration with sales and marketing professionals to develop go-to-market strategies and begin execution in new target areas. The intern will also present findings to the Healthcare Leadership team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Salesforce audits and cleanup activities, including data entry and account consolidation for accurate customer lists.
  • Audit and update key marketing materials within Seismic Sales Enablement tools.
  • Develop sales tools for the Healthcare sales team that outline current go-to-market strategies.
  • Research and assist in developing potential business areas for sales growth.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports for the Healthcare Leadership team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align sales tools with marketing initiatives.
