We are currently seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our U.S. team. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support to sales professionals, office staff, and manufacturing teams across our global organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, values service and takes pride in helping others work efficiently and confidently with technology.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Help Desk experience (required)
  • Strong experience supporting Windows and Mac environments (required)
  • Experience with Exchange/Outlook support (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Citrix/virtualization, VoIP systems, and Apple devices (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Configure and deploy Windows computers, Macs, and Apple iPads in accordance with company standards
  • Assist with the installation and setup of computers and printers on the local area network (LAN)
  • Provide timely, high-quality support to end users by responding to help desk requests and trouble tickets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, Exchange/Outlook, cloud printing, Citrix, Apple devices, LAN connectivity, and phone systems
  • Serve as a first point of contact for technology-related issues, resolving hardware, software, network, and system problems prior to escalation
  • Support internal business applications and ensure a smooth technology experience for employees
