The role: · You’ll be providing customer technical support for hardware and software products · You’ll work in a fast-paced help desk setting, crushing tickets and making happy customers · You will configure and deploy Windows computers, setting up user profiles and applications · You’ll work with several technologies and managed services tools · You will learn a ton through experience and our in-house Watchkeep Ramp Program
