About The Position

We are looking for a Help Desk Technician interested in working in a dynamic, fast-paced organization. As a technician on our team, you will help support biBerk’s users at one of our office locations in Omaha, NE, Pittston, PA, or San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will be an integral part of the IT team with outstanding communication, collaboration, and attention to detail. You will be counted on to respond to users' technical issues, and setup and configure new users and endpoints. If you are passionate about information technology, we should talk. This is presently a hybrid role with both in-office work and work from home (subject to change).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Related field or equivalent working experience
  • 1+ Year of proven experience in a helpdesk\desktop support role
  • Ability to work from 8:30AM-5:00PM EST, this is currently a hybrid role with both in-office and work from home days (subject to change).
  • Windows 10
  • Understanding of Intel\AMD Desktop and Laptop hardware
  • Active Directory
  • Office365

Responsibilities

  • Setup new users in Active Directory
  • Setup new users with Office365
  • Configure new laptops and desktops for employee use
  • Assist with first level troubleshooting of user issues, escalate issues as necessary
  • Remove user access when they are no longer with the organization
  • Install software on desktops and laptops as required to support business needs
  • Manage groups within the AD infrastructure
  • Setup new users on the VOIP system
  • Setup users as required in 3rd party SaaS applications
  • Troubleshoot email issues within Office365
  • Troubleshoot end user network issues
