We are looking for a Help Desk Technician interested in working in a dynamic, fast-paced organization. As a technician on our team, you will help support biBerk’s users at one of our office locations in Omaha, NE, Pittston, PA, or San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will be an integral part of the IT team with outstanding communication, collaboration, and attention to detail. You will be counted on to respond to users' technical issues, and setup and configure new users and endpoints. If you are passionate about information technology, we should talk.
