Requirements

3-5 years experience in Home Care, Home Health, or Hospice Business Development or Marketing.
Proven experience in business development or marketing, preferably in healthcare.
Strong understanding of the home care industry and its competitive landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for marketing strategies.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for helping others.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
