About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and relationship‑driven Home Care Marketer to expand our private pay home care services, strengthen community partnerships, and support Namaste Health’s preparation for future Hospice service offerings.

Requirements

Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, senior services, or related outreach.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time well, and stay organized.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

CRM/ATS experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Bachelor’s degree not required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase private pay service hours.
Generate new business through outreach and follow‑up.
Cultivate and maintain partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, senior living communities, and healthcare providers.
Represent Namaste Health at community events, expos, and networking gatherings.
Support digital and print marketing initiatives.
Track and manage leads throughout the sales funnel.
Coordinate with HR on staffing needs.
Attend job fairs and community hiring events.
Pre‑screen caregiver candidates.
Build relationships with hospice‑related referral sources.
Deliver educational presentations to community partners.
Support hospice market assessments and launch planning.
Maintain knowledge of Home Care, Home Health, Palliative, and Hospice markets.
Document outreach and referral interactions.
