About The Position

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first As a Home Health Account Executive, you will: · Work as part of a sales team that reports to an Area Director of Sales · Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities' management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned geographic territory to promote CenterWell's home health services. · Build and maintain referral source relationships. · Prepare business plans and maintain target lists using a CRM. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan. · Gather and organize account-related information and give feedback on important customer opportunities. Use your skills to make an impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
  • Excellent selling, organization and problem-solving skills and the ability to appropriately represent CenterWell's service capabilities to the targeted referral source audience is required.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required.
  • Travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Post acute health care sales experience such as Home Health, Hospice, SNF, DME, Ortho, Cardio, Infusion, Imaging, or Laboratory, preferred.
