Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health or community care.
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes within Sterling Heights and nearby areas.
- CPR certification and other relevant clinical certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and progress, documenting all care and observations accurately.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
- Travel to patient homes in Sterling Heights and the surrounding communities to provide timely visits.
