Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
- Previous experience in home health care or related nursing field preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during visits
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in Detroit and surrounding areas
- Current CPR certification

- Previous experience in home health care or related nursing field preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to physician orders and care plans
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and therapies as prescribed
- Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions and post-treatment care
- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate health records
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards in home care delivery
