Concordia Hospice of Washington is a partnership between Concordia Community Support Services and Washington Health System that offers both quality home care and inpatient hospice end-of-life care. Concordia Hospice of Washington serves our patients in Washington and Greene counties with the focus to provide services that offer comfort, peace, and dignity for those with incurable illnesses and for their families. Hospice Medical Social Worker: At Concordia Hospice of Washington, we believe that dignity, respect, and compassion should guide every step of end-of-life care. Requirements

Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
A heart for service, empathy, and compassion
Strong communication and listening skills
A collaborative, team-focused spirit
