About The Position

In this role, you will: - Greet guests with a welcoming smile and cheerful demeanor - Use reservation systems like OpenTable to assist guests - Ensure a smooth seating flow by following server rotation - Answer phone calls to help guests make reservations, address their questions, and take to-go orders - Keep the entrance and host area of the restaurant clean and inviting

Requirements

Must be at least 16+ years of age.
The ability to stay calm and efficient, even during busy times
A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help others
Attention to detail and clear communication skills
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
The ability to multitask effectively and support your team
A desire to learn and assist coworkers and managers
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
