About The Position

Overview Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, manage electrical projects, organize downturn activities, maintain maintenance records, execute preventive maintenance and update documentation. Responsibilities Support safety initiatives, policies and procedures Identify and implement solutions for issues related to safety, quality and production Provide electrical support for day-to-day operations as well as electrical upgrade projects

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering 4 Year Degree - or in process
• Previous electrical maintenance
• Familiar with motor controls, variable frequency drives, power distribution
• Able to read electrical prints

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of safety policies (Lockout/Tagout)
• Electrical installation practices
• Siemens plc’s
• High voltage maintenance
• Switchgear maintenance
• Preventative & predictive maintenance of electrical equipment
• Extensive pc skills on various operating systems
• Communication and organizational skills
