The Hotel Manager role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality leader who thrives in a high‑profile, luxury environment and brings both strategic vision and hands‑on operational excellence. The Hotel Manager serves as a key executive leader, responsible for the day-to-day operations of Signia Indianapolis. This role partners closely with the General Manager to uphold brand excellence, operational integrity, and financial performance—while cultivating a culture of service, engagement, and distinction. You will lead with presence and purpose, ensuring operational excellence across all departments, while inspiring teams to consistently exceed guest expectations and financial objectives. Requirements

  • Experience managing a property with revenue of $50M or greater and 300+ rooms
  • Hotel Manager, AGM or a minimum of two (2) years as an Executive Committee Member or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring flawless execution aligned with Signia brand standards.
  • Drive exceptional guest satisfaction through elevated service culture and attention to detail.
  • Lead financial performance, ensuring the hotel meets and exceeds profitability and operational goals.
  • Foster a highly engaged, service-driven team culture with a focus on talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Act as the senior operational leader in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to ownership and corporate leadership, participating in strategic planning and performance reviews.
  • Interview, coach, counsel, and evaluate leadership and team members to ensure consistent performance excellence.
